Mangrove Forest is a premium supplement brand — and it's ours. That makes this case study different from the others on this site: no client brief, no handover. IBIX built the brand's shopfront and runs its marketplace strategy, with our own name on the result.
Supplements are one of the most crowded categories in e-commerce, and a premium brand there lives or dies on credibility: the shopfront has to look science-forward and trustworthy, and the products still have to be found on a crowded marketplace. That was the brief we set ourselves — in English and Russian.
