ANSWERS,
WHILE YOU WORK.
A website and WhatsApp assistant that answers your regulars’ questions from an answer set you’ve approved — and hands straight to a person the moment it’s about price, eligibility, refunds or anything legal, medical or financial.
See the packages → or message on WhatsApp →IBIX’s Front Desk Assistant lives on your website and WhatsApp, answering common questions from a closed set of answers you’ve read and approved — opening hours, what you offer, how something works. The moment a question touches price, eligibility, refunds or anything legal, medical or financial, it hands straight to a person; it never guesses. It says what it is in its first message, every time. Packages start from £950, with the monthly cost quoted once we know how many languages and places it needs to live.

How The Answer Set Gets Built
We Draft It
From the content IBIX already wrote for your site — nothing invented, nothing assumed.
You Approve Every Answer
You read the whole set before anything goes live. Your sign-off is the product — it’s why the assistant can only ever say things you’ve already agreed to.
It Goes Live
On your website, WhatsApp, or both — saying plainly, in its first message, that it’s an assistant.
You Can Change It Any Time
Add an answer, correct one, or take one down — any time, without waiting for a rebuild.
What This Costs
Packages genuinely vary by language, integration and where it needs to live — so the figures below are a floor, not a single quote.
Included:
- Your answer set drafted and approved with you
- WhatsApp and/or website integration
- The disclosure message set up
- Testing before go-live
What moves the number: how many languages, how many places it lives, how many systems it connects to.
Included:
- Hosting and monitoring of the assistant
- Answer-set updates as your business changes
- A monthly log of every conversation
- Support if something needs changing
Right for: keeping the answer set accurate as things change.
Packages start from £950 — most vary by language count, integration count and where it needs to live, so the number above is a floor, not a quote.
What It Will Never Do
- Never quotes a price
- Never confirms eligibility or availability
- Never handles a refund or a complaint
- Never answers a legal, medical or financial question
- Never invents an answer that isn’t in the approved set
- Never pretends to be a person
The Front Desk Assistant, Answered
What happens if it gets something wrong?
It can only say things you’ve already approved, so it can’t invent an offer or a policy that doesn’t exist. If a question isn’t in the approved set, it doesn’t guess — it hands straight to a person.
And if it ever does say something wrong, we fix the answer the same day, and you can see exactly what it said, because every conversation is logged.
Will people know they’re talking to an assistant and not a person?
Yes. It says so plainly in its first message, every time — that’s IBIX’s standing policy on every assistant we build, not something switched on only where required.
Can it make things up?
No. It answers from a closed set of approved answers. If something isn’t in that set, it hands over to a person rather than guessing.
What does it do out of hours?
The same job, any time. It keeps answering from the approved set around the clock; anything that needs a person waits for one, with the enquiry logged so nothing’s missed by morning.
Who owns the answer set?
You do — same as the website content it’s built from.
Can it work in Arabic as well as English?
Yes — bilingual is what it was designed for. One honest note: this page is in English; the Arabic version of this page is coming.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, any time — the same as the Enquiry Response System.
What’s the difference between this and the Enquiry Response System?
They do different jobs, and most businesses that want one end up wanting both. The Enquiry Response System handles what happens after someone fills in a form or messages you — acknowledging, qualifying and booking, never talking back on your behalf. The Front Desk Assistant talks to visitors directly, but only from an answer set you’ve approved, handing over the moment a question needs a real person.
